SEABEAR 23 MKIII
Seabear 23 MK III is especially designed to meet the requirements for a Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) for offshore support vessels, oil platforms, and other offshore installations. Over the years, the Seabear 23 and fast rescue craft have almost become synonymous. A robust and reliable craft built, developed, and refined from long and extensive use all over the world. The Seabear 23 is the successor of the RI-22 RIB.
The Seabear 23 is a full planning type design with a deep V-bottom and is suitable for high speeds in adverse weather conditions. The strength of the craft is sufficient to withstand all normal forces encountered under normal use of the boat at maximum speed. The craft is type-approved with a CE certificate according to Solas 83, nominated body: DNV. In addition, it has type approval from NMD, the Canadian Coast Guard (TC), and a letter of compliance from MCA (UK).
