The ALUSAFE 2200 SAR is purpose-built for sea rescue and patrol operations, emergency response, inspections, personnel transport, and a wide range of maritime utility services.
The ALUSAFE 2200 SAR from Maritime Partner is a high-performance rescue and patrol vessel based on the renowned Alusafe 2000 hull. Measuring 21.7 meters in length and 5.9 meters in beam, it’s powered by two engines delivering approximately 1200 kW each and equipped with waterjets, allowing it to reach speeds exceeding 35 knots. With a range of over 350 nautical miles, it accommodates a crew of five and boasts a towing capacity of more than nine tons. Its safety features include a self-righting capability—even with a damaged wheelhouse—an integrated firefighting system, and full redundancy for critical operations.
Environmentally, it complies with IMO Tier III emission standards. Built from aluminum that is partially recycled and fully recyclable, it reflects a strong commitment to sustainability. The vessel is approved by DNV. Designed for the most demanding maritime missions, the ALUSAFE 2200 SAR combines speed, endurance, and safety in one resilient package.
Its hull—a revised version of the the Alusafe 2000 - is a standout in rough-sea performance. With a fully planing V hull design, the vessel can attain high speeds by sailing efficiently along the surface, significantly reducing hydrodynamic drag compared to displacement hulls. This improves stability and handling in rough seas, making the boat exceptionally capable for rescue, patrol, and emergency response duties.
